Shipping Information

We take great care in hand-picking and preparing your artisan pieces for their journey to you.

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on your region.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes according to their local regulations. 
  • Delivery Risk: TrueZenBeads is not responsible for packages marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. 
  • Track Your Order: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. Whether it’s an incorrect size, a damaged product, or you simply changed your mind, we are happy to assist.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please contact us at support@truezenbeads.com. Important: Please do not send returns to our registered office address. All returns must be authorized by our team via email for the correct warehouse address. 

Return Conditions
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Natural Variations: Due to the nature of natural stones, slight variations in color and pattern are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may have specific return limitations.
Refund Process & Timeline
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after inspection.
  • Payment Method: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we can cancel it immediately for a full refund. Please reach out to us ASAP.
