We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be precise. Each natural stone is unique; slight variations in color/pattern are not defects.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at our store.

All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. TrueZenBeads is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently lost or stolen.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
