How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Wrap a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
2. Note the measurement in centimeters.
3. Choose your size below. Add 1 cm for a comfortable fit, or 2 cm for a loose fit.
